What products and services are not available through online shopping?
Alcohol, tobacco, gift cards, and catering are not available through online shopping.

Yes, the sales from your store are reflected online. Some prices may vary.

We try to accommodate pricing to match our in-store/circular pricing as closely as possible, however some prices my be different.

Yes, customers can contact their shopper through the app to make changes/updates to their orders.

No, orders are not delivered in branded vehicles because they are delivered by individually contracted shoppers who will use their own vehicles for deliveries.

 Will my order by delivered by a uniformed worker?
Workers are encouraged to wear an Instacart-branded article of clothing (shirt, hat, lanyard, etc.), however they are not required to wear a uniform.
