Makes 6 muffins. You Will Need: 1/2 cup water, 1 egg. 1 (prep). Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease muffin pan or line with paper baking cups. 2 (mix). Stir mix, water and egg until just moistened (batter will be lumpy). Spoon into muffin pan. 3 (bake). Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from pan. Tips: No cholesterol recipe: use 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp water and 1 egg white (or an egg substitute equal to 1 egg), follow directions above.
