Directions

#1. Place the four granola bars on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with ice cream and a second granola bar. Freeze overnight. #2. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth (about 45-90 seconds on High). #3. Dip half of ice cream bars in chocolate, immediately sprinkle with peanut butter cups. Return to freezer until ready to serve.
