#1 Grease the air fryer with the vegetable oil and preheat to 400°F. #2 In a large bowl, combine flour, seltzer water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper and whisk until batter is smooth. Add cauliflower florets to batter and toss to coat evenly. #3 Place cauliflower into air fryer, and cook for 10-15 minutes, tossing occasionally. #4 In a small bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, and lemon juice until combined. Remove cauliflower from the fryer and mix with the sauce. #5 Return to the air fryer and cook until browned, about 5-10 minutes. #6 Serve immediately with ranch dressing, celery, and carrots.
