#1 In a pan over medium high heat, sauté the onions until they begin to golden, about 5 minutes. Add in the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes until cooked all the way through. Stir in eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and olives. Set aside #2 In a pot, boil potatoes over high heat for 15 minutes or until fork tender. Drain the potatoes, mash, add 3 tbsp butter and milk and stir until creamy #3 Heat oven to 375ºF. Use leftover butter to grease a shallow baking dish. Cover the bottom of the dish with a layer of mashed potatoes. Top with meat mixture and then cover completely with remaining mashed potatoes. Sprinkle top with parsley and cheese #4 Bake for 35 minutes or until potatoes are nicely browned on top and cheese has melted. Let cool then slice and serve!
