#1 Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a shallow baking dish, toss sweet potatoes with 2 tbsp of olive oil, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 30 minutes #2 While sweet potatoes are baking, sauté ground turkey in a pan over medium heat with remaining olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until turkey is brown #3 Remove sweet potatoes from oven and add in the turkey and zucchini. Bake for another 20 minutes. Remove dish from oven and top with grated cheese. Enjoy!
