#1 In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for marinade (Urban Meadow Vegetable oil, sesame oil, garlic, ginger paste, Urban Meadow Soy Sauce & honey) #2 Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and place in bowl. Pour ¾ of the marinade over the chicken (saving the rest for later) and stir so all the chicken is coated. Let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour (can leave up to 1 day) #3 When you are ready to cook, heat BBQ or griddle until it is very hot #4 Cut bell peppers and onion into large chunks that are only slightly larger than the chicken #5 Thread piece of chicken onto the skewer, followed by bell pepper, and onion. Repeat until you have used up all the chicken or skewers. Discard any of the marinade left in the bowl #6 Place skewers on BBQ or griddle and cook for 8-10 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F. Turn the skewers 3-4 times while cooking. Halfway through cooking, brush with the reserved marinade #7 Once the skewers are done cooking, brush them with any remaining marinade and top with sesame seeds and cilantro #8 Tip: If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for an hour (this will help keep them from burning).
