Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour one 13x9-inch pan.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar at medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt.
- Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture and beat until just combined. Add apples and mix until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream or caramel sauce.

- 1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 cups Domino® Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Eggs, at room temperature

- 2 cups All-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon Freshly ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 5 medium Apples, peeled and cut in small cubes
