Directions
- Heat a tablespoon of butter in a saute pan over low to medium heat and saute the onions for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the garlic, celery, carrots and salt and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, an additional 4 minutes. Remove the vegetables to a plate.
- Heat the remaining butter over low to medium heat and whisk in the flour to make a roux. Add the chicken broth and cream, stirring continuously until thickened, about 4 minutes.
- Add the vegetables back into the mixture along with the broccoli and chicken and allow to simmer for 4 minutes or until the vegetables are fork tender.
- While the chicken/vegetable mixture is simmering, place the Smiles in an air fryer and cook according to package directions (300 degrees for 7-9 minutes).
- Place the Smiles on top of the chicken/vegetable mixture and serve.

- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 celery stack, diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ cups cream
- 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
- 2 cup cooked or rotisserie chicken, cubed or chopped
- A package of Smiles (or 1 container biscuits)
