In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat
Add KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated
Coat a ½ cup measure with cooking spray and divide warm cereal mixture into eight portions. Use a ¼ cup measure to make eight smaller portions. With buttered hands, shape into large and small balls. Let cool completely
Place large balls on plates and attach small balls on top with frosting. Decorate with frosting, pretzels, licorice, candies, and coconut. Serve the same day. Microwave: heat butter and marshmallows 3 min, stir, then mix in cereal and follow steps
