Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise into wedges about ¾ inch thick. Place wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray with oil and sprinkle rosemary and salt. Toss to ensure all potatoes are coated
Put in oven and bake for 25 minutes or until a knife pierces through easily. Remove, drizzle with hot honey and serve with Ice Cold Coca-Cola or Peace Tea
